      Pros

      Casual work environment. Pizza lunches once every two weeks. Nice offices in central Gatineau. Most people are casually friendly.

      Cons

      Widespread misery as BlackBerry went down. Two waves of mass layoffs at the end of 2013. Hugely demoralizing, and they haven't stopped since. People do the minimum to talk to each other, the rest of the time they're silo'd. Little sense of mission. In that sense it's not unusual for a consultancy.

      A lot of expectations upfront on new hires - minimal guidance and knowledge sharing.

      As is typical with most consulting organizations, you can't always control which projects you will be working on next.
