Pros

I truly appreciate the company’s humanity and the way it values strong relationships within the team. Despite the war and economic challenges, it continued to support its employees until the very end, without taking away their benefits. There is a deep sense of trust—no strict control or time tracking. This creates an environment where you naturally want to meet deadlines, support your teammates, and keep processes running smoothly. The work itself is engaging, with constant updates, releases, experiments, and tests. Another standout aspect is the company’s strong focus on design—beauty and aesthetics are genuinely valued, making the work even more enjoyable. The onboarding process is exceptionally well-organized—unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Here, work-life balance isn’t just a buzzword; it’s truly respected and encouraged.

Cons

Unfortunately, this year has been challenging for the company—a wave of layoffs took place, and the office was partially destroyed due to military actions. So, some benefits and perks have been temporarily suspended.
