- Very employee-friendly policies, especially compared to other companies of Ukrainian origin - Products and services are well regarded on the market - Successfully bootstrapped company, not dependent on external investments, overall appears to be stable financially

- Management team is fairly closed and not very open to feedback - Large marketing and branding campaigns are frequently expensive and questionable
