      Pros

      Good coworkers. I enjoyed the people I worked with but as a result of management, there is a lot of negativity.

      Cons

      Most of the upper management are focused on their own power. They don't listen to or value their employees. You feel like a cog in the wheel with no value placed on your intellect and input.

      Great place to work! If you like teaching, MacEwan is a great place to be. You have a lot of one-on-one interaction with the students.

      My position was a temporary contract, so that is the only con.
