Good company to work for

Left because of travel and young kids

Nice company w mostly great long term employees. Good Benefits - could be better. A good over all company to work for with great leadership. Mostly mature employee base with a few younger people,mostly in engineering. Very diversified crowd. Most countries accounted for. A great place to learn from very experienced people. Great work/life balance. A little old fashioned as far as practices, but they brought on new people to bring them up to speed. The usual one or two people to watch out for , but thats everywhere. Over all a great place to work. Office people can work from home during snow days. Often early dismissals on holidays. Plenty of vacation time. Yearly Bonus. Good pay & 401K.

Over all no cons. Nice , easy going , mature place to work. You will be expected to work, But no hassles if you show up & do your job properly. Not a place to come if you want to snooze. Many long term employees so dont expect to race to the top office, Many ahead of you.
