      There are a wide variety of projects and types of work to be done - mechanical, pneumatic, chemical, electrical, machine building/design, robotic, 3d printing, etc. Good workplace stability, and you're given a lot of freedom on projects. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay scale is about average for engineering jobs in the area.

      Pros

      The hard working people that have to pick up the slack for the lazy ones.

      Cons

      Low pay, no training the coordinator does nothing about issues that are brought to his attention. He definitely has favorites mostly the younger girls.
