There’s a strong sense of community within the team, and everyone is genuinely happy to help each other out. Targets and progression pathways are clear and achievable, making it easy to understand what you need to do in order to develop and grow within the company.
The workplace itself is relaxed and enjoyable, with regular company socials that help bring everyone together. The hybrid working setup also offers a great balance between working in the office and working from home.
