Sometimes customers can be a little intense, but that can be pretty minor in the scheme of things.

-WFH with 3 days in office - PTO -401k

Worked for this company over 5 years and from the beginning, chaos! -Not organized -No communication or barely if at all any - Extremely high expectations for a falling product within the fitness industry and not inputting ideas/suggestions from employees *THAT THEY ASK FROM US EVERY 3 MONTHS* -They will promote others who do the bare minimum. -Favoritism is obvious but they are delusional and deny that it's not happening. -No support from higher ups when a coworker is not doing their job to make yours go smoothly for the benefit of the company - Employee TURN AROUND! -No raises or bonuses (if so, only certain employees get rewarded) What started with a company of like 45 employees is now down to like 20, maybe less (lay offs will be imminent because gyms are closing their accounts)
