Pros
- they offer learning benefits and really want you to learn and grow (video courses, certifications, etc.) - moving towards latest stacks (Go, React, AWS Cloud, etc.) - friendly teams - possibility (not 100%) - to work remote, or hybrid - almost completely English-friendly (but still there are some exceptions)
Cons
- some architectural / management decisions are made w/o consulting the team (w/o consulting tech-leads / architects), and are driven exclusively from the top down. - some changes are hard/slow to implement - HR dept. works pretty slow - although there's OKR system in-place and company uses Agile methodology, it's not 100% ideal / by the book (teams think in agile/scrum while top management thinks in waterfall).
