Pros

They try and make it a better environment by “feeding” staff but are lacking in actual professionalism.

Cons

I initially had a positive experience with this company. The hybrid work environment provided flexibility and showed trust in employees to manage their responsibilities effectively. Unfortunately, that changed when the company moved to a full-time in-office requirement. The decision felt disconnected from the realities of different roles within the organization. Comparing office-based employees to field employees, whose job functions require them to be on-site, does not recognize the differences in how work is performed and how productivity is measured. Over time, I also experienced concerns with leadership and company culture. Communication from management often felt inconsistent, and there were concerns around professionalism, confidentiality, and workplace dynamics. A strong culture requires leaders who model respect, discretion, and accountability. The company has talented employees who care about their work, but leadership decisions and management practices have impacted morale. I hope the organization takes employee feedback seriously and works toward rebuilding trust.

Pros

Coworkers were great and teamwork was real here. Management was too, and promoted growth within the team.

Cons

Work level in the industry wasn't really consistent, the busy periods had us overloaded for the team size.

Pros

Good people, good insurance. Toxic management.

Cons

bait and switch removing of hybrid work model. CEO out of touch, Says decision is because field employees work 5 days, Ignoring that field employees signed up for that, Corp office employees didn't. C-suite simply doesn't care. Laughably small raises.
