Pros
1. Since it is a start-up, I believe you will be able to learn a lot of things. 2. Every employee feels challenged. 3. Salary on time.
Cons
Well, since the company is not that old in the system: It still is working towards its future goals. Yes, every company has a bunch of employees which are weird or a bad influence but I guess that happens everywhere. There should be 2 Saturdays off along with the Sundays.
