Pros
Joined as late state founding team of 12 and even though we have only known each other for a few weeks, it is like being in a group of good friends that share a common goal. Everyone is aligned, share the same values but everyone is also very different in their personalities, which is great. We all have our story why mental health matters to us and it's so inspiring to know that everything we do is to help others who struggle with their mental health. We had a company offsite to work on our vision, strategy and culture and it has helped us massively to focus and align us all around our mission!
Cons
The only downsides is that of an early stage start-up, such as lack of mature processes, lack of organisation but that is what we all signed up for!
