Tallinn office where I worked was the main site for operations and IT from day one when the company was formed. For the past 2 years, we were operating under a new executive team that decided to change the business for the sake of getting investments to expand the business. In reality, they were actually dismantling the Tallinn office for their own reasons. Even a few weeks before informing everyone in Tallinn that they had all been made redundant, the COO gave a speech to the managers how the company would never close the Tallinn office. I don't recommend working in MYJAR as the executives have no loyalty towards the employees and have no problems lying if it serves their purpose. It was particularly in poor taste to make customer services in Tallinn work in the office until their last day regardless of the corona epidemic that had already started in Estonia.
