      Making a difference in the lives of the individuals served by building bonds, helping them to work towards and achieve their goals.

      Cons

      “Service before self..” is the motto, but how are you supposed to provide quality service if you’re not also supported in taking care of yourself…? Burnout is real.

      Pros

      A very fixed schedule, that does not change, but you can change it at any time always in contact with your direct supervisor, for any issues and questions

      Cons

      isolated from the rest of the company, do not know anyone in the senior management other than my direct supervisor
