      Pros

      Making a difference in the lives of the individuals served by building bonds, helping them to work towards and achieve their goals.

      Cons

      “Service before self..” is the motto, but how are you supposed to provide quality service if you’re not also supported in taking care of yourself…? Burnout is real.
