Horrible work place - Anonymous employee MYC Graphics Employee Review

The bosses and higher management is horrible they degrade you talk down to you treat you like crap and belittle you constantly. You can work all the hours and over time and everything but it never goes appreciated and when you make a minor mistake due to lack of training or lack of knowledge they blow that up and make it a huge deal yell at you degrade you and out you down so much that you go out feeling horrible almost every day scared to ask for more guidance for the fear of being called incompetent or stupid for asking! They are disrespectful toward the employees that put so much into their work and don’t care to reward even when that’s what is promised at the beginning. They don’t follow through with any promises upon hiring. It is a toxic and mental unstable environment.
