      Its an interesting product, but that is all

      Cons

      Bullying, verbal abuse, yelling, intimidation are the things that come to mind. Statements like "everyone is destroying this company" and "nobody cares about our customers" are often heard by the CEO and other senior staff in meetings. Its a culture of blame and is not a safe environment to work in.

      Pros

      Management actually cares about employees success and professional development, believes in investing on right talent. Flexible work schedule and enjoy the Friday lunches with the team!!!

      Cons

      Being small helps people to take ownership but not able to delegate as much of the workload, and need to wear many hats and take on more roles.
