Pros
HR realized how low the morale was so they began doing little things like outside work events, ice cream socials. Leftover food when guests were in town. Bathroom breaks. Free water from the fridge.
Cons
One of the directors there is an absolute nightmare to work for/with. Everyone knows who I'm talking about. She's on a huge power trip and makes people feel miserable, pushing them out the door. MVM isn't perfect and has its other issues but it's safe to say that she's the main problem. I've never known anyone to foster such a toxic and uncomfortable environment as her.
