Cons
Need to adapt quickly to current company environment. Some project no immediate senior so they expect you to take initiative set meetings with other seniors who sometimes didn't bothered to join cos they all busy themselves and end up took a long time to understand current solution's direction. After few months they expect you to master the inside and out of the project you took over.
