      Pros

      Nothing. Everyone starts out nice but watch your back.

      Cons

      Expensive benefits. They do not follow the culture they promote. The ongoing training does nothing to progress your career. Expectation is you sacrifice your personal life. They do not treat you like a human being and there is minimal to no communication about what is really going on.
