Pros

MV has been a great company to work for. Not only do they promote growth but MV takes it to the next level by supporting and investing in their staff regularly. Every company in the transit industry has training in some form or another, but MV takes it to a whole new level with dedicated experts which teach and work side by side with staff to improve their skill sets. The executive team, regional teams and local teams work hand in hand regularly to deliver the best service to communities.

Cons

None. Hours in the transit industry can be long as many can attest to. This isn't anything different anywhere else but it is exhausting.
