Pros

Difficult to get terminated. Helpful for developing Customer Service and Driving experience. You can somewhat choose your hours. You're not stuck in a cubicle; discover new areas while you drive around the city. Great if you plan on continuing in the Transportation Industry. Not a big leap going from driving a van to driving a city bus.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement. Best for retirees and former bus drivers. Benefits are lacking. Long hours and dealing with traffic, especially on the Holidays and Rush Hour. Difficult to change careers from.
