Pros

MV has a world-class safety program.

Cons

Opportunities are closed to applicants over 60. Some people cannot become or maintain BTW status even though 5&2. Some other BTWs can't even drive. Turned cartwheels trying to get to the next level, become a dispatcher or classroom trainer only to find brand new employees getting "groomed" for these positions ahead of me. Was once told I can't be BTW because I'm a "negative person". Was told to apply online. The position isn't advertised. Drivers don't have access to internal postings.
