Pros

Base is $16 to start for new drivers. Pay isn’t really adjusted for those who have been here for years. So you’ll have year 3-5 drivers only making $1-2 per hour more. Top out is normally in 10 years. There’s plenty of OT. If you’re a hard worker without a life this is the job for you. Training is decent.

Cons

Pay needs to be adjusted for veteran drivers. There isn’t a work life balance. So expect if new to work 6 days a week and work over 300 days a year. Management/RTC has their head in the sand about issues that go on with drivers. Driver fatigue on the route. Mental health is put on the back burner. Improper forces on route. You’ll get written up if you can’t come in on your day off. If a passenger gives you Covid you won’t be payed for the time you miss. This is a blame driver first company. You feel more like a employee number than a actual person.
