Pros

No flexible schedule after you been given a flexible schedule. More overtime than you really want and need. Becareful of lack of sleep while doing overtime because sometime you will get a call to report too early after you been told to get 8 hours of sleep. If you like working alone you are your own boss but remember you have to talk on a cell phone walkie talkie at their calls.

Cons

The dispatcher are drama queens ready to start a fight about anything mainly when they want to give too many add on and you have already a overloaded manifest. They are not patience with new driver and hardly make eye contact with you because they know after one day of working with those dispatcher you will hate even hearing their voice. The address always have missing info or misunderstanding info from the clients. The time that indicated on manifest is never honor by the dispatchers without a fight to get off work. The job is working with unprofessional co-workers and unorganized administration. The job behind the wheel is very scarry because you are on your own when looking for help out on those streets. Sometime I felt like they were picking over the manifest to give to certain drivers. As a new driver I was overload because they knew I had driving experience. Environment is not as friendly as you would think a large company like MV should have a good record but it is not as friendly.
