Pros

There are/were many good people who work/ed here.

Cons

Corporate or "Senior Leadership" as they liked to be called, are completely out of touch with reality and cheap. They didn't want to pay fair wages or recognize the hard work people did. Every time a seasoned person left, they tried to replace them with a less experienced lower paid person. Or they just dumped that persons responsibilities on other people with out additional compensation. They ignored market data, subject matter experts and obvious shifts in the economy yet demanded to know why divisions were failing on never ending conference calls. When presented with any kind of insight they just insisted on doing the same things over and over yet expected different results. Add all of this to the fact that the company has been up for sale for 7+ years, its struggling financially and they cant even appreciate the people they have.....I would not recommend working here. I left and it was the best decision I could have made. Toxic and exploitative environment!
