Pros

The hours are nice if you can get them. You get to work independently.

Cons

The office workers are extremely disorganized. The training methods used for new drivers is lacking. They train every employee in all contracts instead of dedicating a focused training period to your designated contract. So if you work for the Uber division, you get trained the same way as VA, CPS and PACE, even though they do not follow the same rules. IE the driving safety portion is cross compatible but the rules behind the wheel involving the phone, where to go and how to drive is completely different for Uber compared to the others.
