Great benefits, teach new hires team work

Cons

Pay is horrible to start Lowest paying drivers in the nation Union sucks they dont help you You pay union dues for no reason Management harrassment when you clock in and when you clock out No appreciation all the extra work you do They dont have long term disability either When you make seniority they find ways to get rid of you bc you make to much, you get a pin and a patch
