Pros

A company full of dedicate people who work toward a common purpose every day - serving our customers with safe, reliable transportation. I never hear "I don't have time" or "It's not my job". The sense of "team" here is amazing. Customers respect the expertise of our company and look to us as the experts in para-transit. It is refreshing to sell from a place of credibility.

Cons

There is a lot of work. Avoid this company if you don't want to work hard. Balancing work and life can be a challenge at times for management because the company moves fast. The newer leadership team has improved decision making, speed and customer focus. As a result, there is pressure to plan ahead and move quickly against those plans. It can be tough if you don't.
