Pros

The training was great, and the company gives you paid training which is hard to find these days. I enjoyed most of the people I worked with (there were a few grumpy pants over there, but for the most part everyone was pretty great), and I will always hold a huge place in my heart for them. I also enjoyed the school kids, and all of their different personalities. If I didn't move I would probably still be working there. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great part-time job that loves working with kids.

Cons

The hours are hard to get used to since you have to pick up the kids before school, take a break in the afternoon, and then drop the kids off afterschool. There are also no real benefits as most of the work is part-time. You do receive bonuses once in awhile for safe driving though.

Most importantly, the work provides a meaningful purpose in serving the community—making it a truly humbling and rewarding experience.

Cons

No issues. Plenty of growth and innovation.
