I worked for this company for a year. At first it seemed very promising, management seemed great. Its for show. Let me tell you the truth. It is telemarketing, it is cold calling, you are nothing to them except a possibility of more money in their pocket. This is dead end job, there is no communication, they invite you to slack but you cannot communicate unless there is a "problem" with a call. There are no raises and no incentives. You get no real encouragement unless you are a "top performer", oh and being on that top performer list get you absolutely no incentives unless you want to work more. Yep, the only incentive offer is the promise of 10 hours of overtime each week. I put in a two week notice because I plan to move on to a better company and then hurricane Ian took place and we were put off work on Wednesday without compensation, returning Thursday, there was a "small group of people" that were sent an email stating that we would be off work the rest of the week due to technical issues (without pay or any other real explanation). Friday night I was blocked in my work email, the slack channel, and the Phone Burner platform with an email to my personal email stating that I had been let go because of the "global economy" and not having enough leads to provide for me all of a sudden. I had been on recruiting for sometime and though I can say that they are not scammers, they will promise you a job, they will take all of your personal information (bank acct info, ssi, driver license, etc.) and then leave you hanging, you will get a "start date" that may never come through and when you message them to find out what is going on, they will try to make up reasons in the team to tell you why you are not starting on said date. For instance, during hurricane Ian, team members were asking "do you want me to just blame it on the storm for the reason their start date was pushed back?" instead of being honest. I am not just a mad ex employee, I seen this all first hand.
