The mission and vision of the company were what initially attracted me

Leadership lacked transparency and professionalism. Contractors struggled to get paid, and legitimate questions about compensation were met with little to no communication. After asking about my pay and requesting acknowledgment for a training course I completed with another colleague, my access was immediately revoked. I was removed from Slack, blocked from contacting leadership by phone and on LinkedIn, and left without any meaningful response or resolution. It was an incredibly disappointing way to treat someone who had invested so much in the company's mission.
