      Pros

      I'm looking to leave. Senior leadership has a nasty relationship with each other and they all talk crap to their teams, so the org quickly finds out about it. Individual leadership is pretty good though, but they've been making cuts recently for the past year.

      People, benefits, work travel and vacations.

      Cons

      People are overworked, company refuses to hire more people to fix this, and the leadership can't figure out where the company is heading.
