Pros
- Amazing work environment - It's a startup so you get to learn a lot and out of the box thinking is appreciated and learning is always given first priority -Seniors trust you with the work and your opinion matters - flat hierarchy makes environment relatively stress free
Cons
working from home isn't encouraged , you only get 4 per month (applies to the engineering team) and you have to provide reasons why you want to work from home a day before taking it.
