No cons for me ;-) Public accounting isn’t for everyone. If you can’t handle fast pace, muti-client and deadlines, then it’s not for you. You’re going to learn a lot the first 2 years of your career as a staff.

Coworkers and staff are pretty awesome and friendly

Terrible management that is not equipped to manage and lead staff, they are super quick to fire employees, the managers are not transparent and do not give honest feedback, the firm culture has taken a sharp dive during the last year or two, the leadership is super toxic, and they put the bare minimum effort to train new employees on projects... I can go on forever with cons at this firm! I understand this is a sink-or-swim industry, but don't work for this company based on the hope that they will treat you better than other firms
