Great dynamic within this team - everyone strives to be a strong link in the chain. We hold each other accountable and constantly work to make ourselves and each other better. I foresee a lot of growth for the company in the coming years.
Cons
Growing pains as our territory and focus expands. Sometimes it's hard to replace techs with experience when they leave. We always need more high-quality workers than we have at any given time.

Teamwork is big here, we all need each other to be successful. Management does care about the pulse of the floor and makes things work with what they have been allowed to work with.
