      - relaxed environment - decent pay - its a bank so don't expect much - I liked my team

      Cons

      My biggest con is the people who worked there loved to vent at networking events about how horrible everyone else is. It felt like a family reunion but I didn't know anyone or who they were talking to.

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
