      Fast paced with smart people. A strong desire to be a major global player and change whatever needs changing to accomplish that goal.

      Cons

      Japanese staff are very good but rotate every two years which can be disruptive.

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.
