Pros

Flexible time, remote Fridays and any other days if needed.

Cons

Large company culture with many inefficiencies, frequent unnecessary meetings if working in internal finance or related areas and endless meetings discussing items that nobody wants to take responsibility for and/or that may actually do not even need to be discussed. Very top heavy with many overpaid Directors/Managing Directors that don't do much of any work other than just book meetings in calendars to look busy.
