      Pros

      Very domestic but changing gradually by accepting professionals from outside. Very stable, never fire. Very few people leave the company, and work till retirement.

      Cons

      No flex time. Very few women in management position. Very small world, working from new grats to retirement for more than 30 years.

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
