Pros
Few if any exist unless someone is desperate for work, avoid this place. Not a good place to find any career paths.
Cons
Managing Directors can't communicate a vision so they micro manage to hide this fact. HR is corrupt and only supports leadership without regard for policy, ethics, or impact to employee morale. There are no opportunities for advancement because leadership positions are filled from the outside. Engagement is low in many areas and there is a recognized retention risk but nothing is done.
