      Pros

      The treat the employees very fair. The salary is alright compared to other companies in the city. Dress code is very casual and people are very nice and laid back.

      Cons

      Since the company has a competitive environment, promotions are slow. Sometimes the workload is very little and sometimes it gets crazy which I think it is true for many companies.

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
