Team members are friendly, again depending on brands.

Advancement is heavily dependent on brand management, meaning your trajectory can vary significantly depending on whether you’re assigned to a ‘strong’ or ‘weaker’ brand. Salary equity is also questionable, as compensation remains a taboo topic and there are known discrepancies between brands for comparable roles.
