Pros
- Flexible work schedule - Opportunities to work remote - Caring leadership: they invest in you beyond just your salary. Leadership seems to genuinely care about the well being of their employees and their professional growth. - Exceptional health insurance - ESOP - Great 401k plan and other benefits package - Above average paid time off
Cons
The only downside I could say is the flat rate salary increases, which are still higher than the average employer. You have to meet very specific circumstances to receive a pay increase above the average rate.
