      Servant leadership, trust, work-life balance, hybrid/remote work, employee-owners, outstanding benefits, and more. I truly care about my coworkers, I care deeply about our work, and for all of these reasons and more, it's great to work at MTSI.

      Cons

      Sometimes I'm involved in multiple projects at once, but that's not such a bad thing - it just means MTSI has a lot of projects!
