      - Strong, assorted group of professionals - Employee owned (so when profitable we benefit more) - Minimum distractions from corporate; lets me focus 100% on customer technical challenges

      Cons

      Too successful? Shifting from being a small to medium size business so loosing those Govt perks and tougher to find a venue for 100s of people for big annual parties
