Pros
Solving important problems for our nation and having fun while doing it! Soon to be 100% employee owned. A good deal of autonomy to work how and when you want to work. Not a lot of bureaucratic red tape "processes" that get in the way of real engineering and real customer support.
Cons
This year our fantastic company hockey tickets were taken away. Bummer.
