Unprofessional - Anonymous employee MTS Services Employee Review

Poor management, They had the lowest health insurance coverage which only covered the minimum state requirements Their office never commented with anyone who had issues in the field/no one followed the company policies They backlash you if you report any concerns to the office if it even makes it that far because their protocol is to prevent any of your concerns from ever reaching the office which means the office is never held accountable for anything they do. Worst thing they do is if they want you gone put you in a hostile work environment in hopes that you will quit or use the environment to find a reason to terminate you.
