Pros

After completing training and your “new job excitement” is over, there are no pros.

Cons

- Management smiles in your face but takes notes so they can write you up. - They don’t take responsibility for their own mess ups. Instead they find someone to blame it on. -They tell you to make sure you do something but don’t lead by example. -In order to keep yourself from getting in trouble make sure to keep documentation ! - Alaina has such a beautiful soul and is a great person. I feel bad that her colleagues keep things from her. She thinks her company is in good hands with these directors, managers and supervisors but it’s not how it seems. -Employees are being treated so bad and taking advantage of by higher ups. - Higher ups try to strip you of your pride. -Higher ups cause unnecessary stress on you. I pray that things get better in Jesus name because if not legal action will be taken for what they put me through! P.S Alaina don’t believe all the green grass, beautiful butterflies and sunshine you hear.

Full-time, WFH, benefits, company culture, great support from managers and upper management, flex time, opportunities to promote within, respectful workplace.

Cons

The pay could be higher.

pay is decent, meeting the people you take to appointments, being independent

Cons

There is no help. You do have a driver support to call for rides and they have been the most helpful. The team manager over you that is supposed to assist you with problems you only have a text number. When I have tried to contact to ask questions I get no response. When you email MTM about questions they are rude and don't actually read the emails you send and direct you back to your lead who doesn't respond to any messages. They do not give you access to marketplace to choose your trips and instead they throw all rides not in order but all over the place. Having to spend hours rearranging and turning back rides because it conflicts with other rides. They don't even look at distance or time. Sometimes it will say to pick someone up and take them to an appt an hour away and then they want you to drive back an hour and do trips for $10 and then drive back to get the other person. People who have worked there a year should be allowed access to marketplace we know our town. It would be easier to be able to select the trips and route. Gas is too high to make unnecessary extra trips.
