      Owner is great, friendly and down to earth. Salary is good, great flexibility. Learning a lot, good vibes in the large office.

      Cons

      Some staff in the other office can be quite rude and ignorant. Bit of a click going on and make a point of ridiculing in front of others, have a way of excluding others

      Friendly managers. Good company to work for, it's very busy. Everyone gets along with each other.

      Hours are long, 8.30-5.15pm, no work from home, difficult for a work life balance

      Finish at 14:30 on a Friday

      Cons

      Very toxic environment in the accounts section. Allot of rediculing in front of everyone and finger pointing to everyone else apart from the employees who have been there for years who make most of the mistakes.
